Tiarra Jae is a luxury hairstylist, educator, and founder of Tiarra Jae Collective, with over 18 years of experience transforming hair and elevating the client experience. A New Jersey native, Tiarra has built her career on the belief that healthy hair is the foundation of confidence, combining precision cutting, expert color, luxury extensions, and customized hair care to create timeless results. After graduating from Empire Beauty School in New York City, she refined her artistry under renowned hairstylist Keith Campbell, "The Hair Architect." Her talent has led to work on national campaigns for L'Oréal, SoftSheen-Carson, and Dark & Lovely, as well as styling artists including Chrisette Michele, Keri Hilson, Ashanti, Melanie Fiona, Elle Varner, Nina Sky, and Bridget Kelly. Her work has also been featured in AMMO Magazine and Essence.com's Style Diaries. Throughout her career, Tiarra has remained committed to mastering her craft, training with some of the industry's most respected educators, including Tony & Guy, Wella, Joico, and Vidal Sassoon. She is known for delivering polished, healthy, and effortlessly wearable hair while creating an experience rooted in professionalism, education, and genuine care. After successfully owning and operating her salon in New Jersey, Tiarra spent the last five years expanding her business in North Carolina, cultivating a loyal clientele and growing her influence in a new market. Now returning to New Jersey and New York, she brings with her a refined vision, broader perspective, and renewed passion for serving clients throughout the Tri-State area. Whether behind the chair, mentoring fellow beauty professionals, or building The Standard Collective, Tiarra continues to raise the standard of excellence in the beauty industry—proving that true luxury begins with healthy hair, intentional artistry, and an unforgettable client experience.

There is a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellations not made within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. There is a 50% no show fee
